Terms of use

GA Handyman Guide is an independent directory of handyman businesses in GA, published by Duluth Johns Creek Pros. Listings and scores are derived from publicly available review data under a fixed, published rubric; the full method is set out on our ranking method page. By using the site you accept the terms below.

What listings and scores mean

Nothing on this site is a recommendation to engage any particular business. Scores summarise public review data; they are not a promise about the service you will receive. Check the details that matter to you directly with the business before engaging it. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee the information is current, complete, or free of errors.

Referral disclosure

The site may earn referral fees when enquiries are routed to listed businesses or partners. Scores and rankings are unaffected by any of that: they are produced by the same published rubric for every business, and payment cannot move them.

Corrections, disputes, and removals

If your business is listed on this site and a detail is wrong, or you want to dispute a score or request removal, the process is set out in our listing policy.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site and contact listed businesses through it for genuine enquiries. You may not scrape or republish the compiled directory content, submit false or misleading enquiries through the forms, interfere with the site’s operation, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Ownership of content

Duluth Johns Creek Pros owns the compilation: the editorial text, scores, summaries, and the way the directory is assembled and presented. Source reviews stay with their authors on the platforms they were written on, and business names and marks remain the property of the businesses themselves.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duluth Johns Creek Pros accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site, reliance on its information, or any engagement you enter into with a listed business. Any contract you form with a business is yours and theirs alone. Liability that the law does not allow to be excluded is not excluded.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of United States, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of United States.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published on this page, with the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions about them can go to hello@duluthjohnscreekpros.com.
